Who do you ship through?

-We ship through United States Postal Service. We try to ship all orders within 2-3 business days and your order should arrive 4-6 business days after shipping. Bear in mind that during holiday seasons, things will be busy and those numbers may increase. 

Please note that we are not responsible for the delivery times for USPS. We can give estimates but delays outside of our control may occur. 

What is your policy on returns?

-We only accept returns on unopened products within 3 days of delivery date. Please contact us!

-No, we only ship within the US

-We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal

 

I am allergic to coconut. Is there an alternative?

- We are currently in the process of making a lotion without these allergens but we cannot guarentee a complete absense of allergens as all lotions are made in the same facility and cross contamination is always possible. Please note that all products should be tested on a tiny spot of skin before full application. 

 

Will you have more products in the future?
